Structured Dementia/ Alzheimer Respite & Engagement Program

Our Nurse-Led Dementia & Alzheimer’s Support Program is a specialized, non-medical in-home care service designed to provide safe, structured, and compassionate support for individuals living with memory loss. While the program is overseen by a licensed nurse who develops personalized care plans and provides ongoing guidance, all services are delivered by trained caregivers in a non-medical capacity. Caregivers receive specialized dementia and Alzheimer’s training focused on effective communication, behavior redirection, safety awareness, engagement techniques, and supporting daily routines.
